KairoProject is a mobile application for project and portfolio management, based on the Critical Chain method. It offers tools for deadline optimization, resource leveling, and AI-assisted delay analysis.

2. Access to the Service

The app is available on the App Store. Access requires the creation of a user account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Some features may be reserved for users with a subscription or premium access.

​3. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of KairoProject are available through a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed via the App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions directly in their App Store account settings. No refund will be issued for unused periods.

You agree to use the app:

Any attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the interface or algorithms is strictly prohibited.

All content within KairoProject, including texts, visuals, logos, algorithms, databases, and the AI analysis tool, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use may result in legal action.

6. Liability

​

KairoProject provides a project management support tool but does not guarantee the success or performance of managed projects.

Users remain solely responsible for interpreting and using the data provided by the app, including AI-generated data.

7. Technical Availability and Liability

​

KairoProject strives to ensure continuous access to the application. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues. Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (such as network failures, hosting outages, or issues related to the App Store).

We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

 

  • Service interruptions or technical failures;

  • Incompatibility of the app with certain devices or operating systems;

  • Loss of data or delays caused by network or third-party providers.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their device and internet connection are suitable for using the application.
