Add tasks
Add your first tasks to an empty project in KairoProject, then see the result on the full Gantt chart.
KairoProject
What the video shows
The video picks up from a project that already exists but is empty, like the one created in the previous tutorial. You see how to add tasks, then how the plan takes shape. It ends on a full view of the Gantt chart, so you can take in the result at a glance.
Build the plan task by task
A plan is easier to build in steps. Add each task as you see it, without aiming for perfection on the first pass: you can always refine it, move it or complete it later. The Gantt chart updates as you add tasks, and the project gets clearer with every one.
Worth remembering
You do not need every detail to get started. Lay down the main tasks first: the plan is easier to refine once it exists.
What comes next
Once your tasks are in place, you can set their durations and dependencies, then assign your resources. To understand how KairoProject then protects your deadline, read the guide What is CCPM? and watch the critical chain in action. If you do not have a project yet, start by creating a new project.
Frequently asked questions
From the project, you create your tasks one by one. Each task you add shows up in the plan right away, and the Gantt chart builds up as you go.
On the project's Gantt chart: it shows all the tasks in a full view, with how they follow one another over time.
