Create a project with AI
Describe your project in plain language: KairoProject's AI assistant generates the structure, the tasks and their estimated durations, which you can adjust before creating the project.
KairoProject
What the video shows
The video shows how to create a new project with the built-in AI assistant in KairoProject, without starting from a blank page.
- You fill in a form by describing your project in plain language, as you would explain it to a colleague.
- The AI assistant generates the project structure.
- All the tasks appear with their estimated duration.
- You adjust whatever needs it: everything is editable.
- You choose the project's level of granularity, then click Create.
The result is then displayed: your project, ready to be refined.
A starting point, not a fixed plan
The assistant proposes a first breakdown, and it is up to you to approve it. The tasks and their durations stay editable until you create the project. The AI saves you the effort of laying things out, and you keep control of the content.
Worth remembering
The more precise your description is (goal, deliverables, constraints), the more relevant the proposed structure will be. You do not need to cover everything: you can correct it before creating the project.
Choosing the right level of granularity
Before creating the project, you select how detailed the plan should be: a higher-level breakdown for an overview, or a finer one to follow work closely on the ground. Pick the level that matches how you will steer the project.
What comes next
Once the project is created, you can complete the tasks and their dependencies, then assign your resources. To start from scratch without the assistant, watch Create a new project and then Add tasks. To understand how KairoProject then protects your deadline, read the guide What is CCPM?.
